Moth Light Trails

Moth Light Trails

I blogged about Photojojo in a previous post, entitled Fun DIY Photo Projects & Tips. Today Photojojo posted an article with a swell summertime photo idea: capturing the reflected light trails of moths.

I think this would be an easy one, with some fancy results. I intend to try it. If you do, too, please post a comment with a link to your results.

Night photography opens up a whole different world of shooting. With summer approaching makes it even easier to get outside!

Without having a clue what settings were needed, I made my first attempt last night. It took a few shots to figure out what settings were required but I shot this on my fourth attempt. It’s really easy.
